What is Included in the AMC?
Our standard AMC package includes 3 to 4 scheduled deep cleaning services per year. It also covers “breakdown visits.” This means if your machine stops working in between the scheduled cleanings, we will come and check it without charging any visiting fee or labor cost.
Does AMC Cover the Cost of Spare Parts?
No, the AMX covers the service (labor) and cleaning chemicals. If a part needs to be replaced like a capacitor, a switch, or a motor then you only pay for the part itself. The installation of that part is free because you are an AMC member.
How Often Will You Come to Clean It?
It depends on the plan you choose, but usually, we visit every 3 to 4 months. For Indian kitchens that do a lot of heavy frying and tadka, quarterly cleaning is necessary to maintain strong suction. We track the dates and call you to set up the appointment.
Do You Service All Brands Under AMC?
